Looking for direction/purpose in life and not sure where to start? Then I am the therapist for you. As a counselor, I love to work with people who are working through finding meaning, building an understanding of themselves, pushing past difficult circumstances, or just plain lost in life. If you are the type of person who wants to look deeply at themselves and find opportunity to grow and heal, then I am the therapist for you.

My Approach

You deserve to feel 'whole' in your life, and that journey begins here.

I have a "generalist" education, so I am trained to help my clients through whatever it is they are going through. I am always, first and foremost, here for my clients. Regardless of what you are going through.

That being said, I believe that the process of psychotherapy is a deeply personal and philosophical journey. I approach each individual client from a conscientious philosophical framework from which I endeavor to come closer to your lived experience. I am passionate about existential and philosophically minded treatment, psychodynamic approaches, and I also utilize empirically based treatments such as ACT, CBT, and DBT.

The journey of counseling

“Neurosis is always a substitute for legitimate suffering. And yet, when a man is willing to suffer consciously, to carry the burden of becoming himself, it becomes the beginning of healing. You are not here to be good. You are here to be whole”

-Carl Jung
